For variable labels, put {{Header}} in a text, QR, or barcode element first. Headers can be any names, such as SKU, Price, Lot, or URL.
Supported: Google Contacts CSV, Excel CSV export, any comma/tab-separated file.
One address per block, separated by a blank line. First line = name.
Select a text, QR, or barcode element on the canvas, then choose a header to insert its placeholder.
Variable merge: put {{SKU}}, {{Price}}, or any exact header in a text, QR, or barcode element before importing. Each row becomes one label.
Collect labels here, review the order, then choose an Avery Letter sheet or individual thermal/custom pages.
In the browser print dialog, use Actual size / 100%, turn off headers and footers, choose no margins, and enable background graphics for colored designs.
On macOS, use Cmd instead of Ctrl
Pick a starting point. You can change the size, text, and layout anytime. All six supported Avery sheet stocks are in Label > Size.
